EXIT Realty Florida Announces ‘Associate of the Month’

EXIT Realty N.F.I. Associate Recognized

Fort Lauderdale, Florida (Grassroots Newswire) November 10, 2011 -- EXIT Realty Florida introduced an award to recognize an ‘Associate of the Month’ on a monthly basis from any one of the EXIT Realty Florida offices across the State of Florida. At EXIT, we understand that our associates are the foundation to the success of the entire Corporation. EXIT Realty Florida has implemented this recognition program to honor those EXIT Realty Florida associates who have gone above and beyond each month to excel in terms of production and providing top notch customer service.

The ‘Associate of the Month’ is selected by following a point system used to review agent production based on specific criteria including the number of listings, pending contracts, closings, and the introduction of new agents into the EXIT system. All data is collected from EXIT’s proprietary software, MEMO, and at the end of each Month the associate with the highest point count is selected.

Samuel Hartzog of EXIT Realty of EXIT Realty N.F.I. in Pensacola, Florida was recognized as the ‘Associate of the Month’ for the month of October. Hartzog’s hard work and commitment to EXIT and the surrounding communities has been influential to his ongoing success. Samuel has established himself as a hard worker with exceptional work ethic. His dedication to consistent achievement and ongoing drive to succeed began thirty years ago when he served as a Pilot for the United States Marine Corps. Following his military tours these traits transferred seamlessly to the real estate field. Since becoming a Real Estate Professional, he has been active in the local community serving on numerous committees, including filling the position of MLS Chairman for four years and being elected an Officer on the Pensacola Association of Realtors® Board of Directors. He later served as a Director for the Florida Association of Realtors®. After 18 years in real estate he joined the EXIT Realty N.F.I. Team in Pensacola, Florida and since then his name has regularly appeared on the list of Top EXIT Agents in Florida. Sam is currently following a career path in the HUD division, selling HUD owned properties and teaching the ‘How to Sell HUD Homes’ class to local Realtors.
