Bronx, New York (Grassroots Newswire) 5/18/12 -- On May 10, 2012 EXIT Realty Search hosted a Mastermind event with speaker Alex Szinegh. The EXIT International Sales Trainer intrigued the crowd, discussing "How To Retire Rich in Real Estate." He spoke on his own experience as well as the EXIT Formula of single level residuals, and how it has impacted his lifestyle creating the ability to "retire rich" and maintain a steady income. As the evening progressed the wine flowed and the aroma of fine Italian Cuisine permeated the air. The event drew Real Estate Professionals throughout the Bronx, Westchester and Manhattan, at one point creating standing room only.  The buzz in the room illuminated throughout the evening, and the knowledge and enthusiasm expressed by Szinegh carried over days later.  The comradery of the agents in the room proved to be a testament to EXIT Realty Search, their agents and Broker/Owner Benny Diasparra.
