Midlothian, VA (Grassroots Newswire) August 29, 2012 -- Bill Boyer joined EXIT Elite Realty in Midlothian.

Bill was born and raised in Richmond, Virginia until he enlisted in the US Army Combat Engineers at the age of 18. Two years later, he attended OCS post transfer to Virginia Army National Guard, Combat Engineers, HHQ. He completed his engineering degree with American University and has post graduate classes in marketing from The University of Richmond. Putting his marketing classes to use, Bill served as the Marketing Manager for Pennsylvania for Miller Brewing and later as the Regional Director, East of the Mississippi, for Atlas Systems. While with Atlas, he formed the Virginia Engineering component. Combining his engineering background with his interest in real estate, Bill received his real estate license in 1984. Since then, he has participated in multiple mixed-use developments and formed significant land assemblages throughout the Mid-Atlantic. Bill joined the Exit Commercial and Special Markets Alliance in the EXIT Elite Realty office in Midlothian, VA after learning about the new direction the Alliance was taking with commercial real estate. A veteran of the business, he appreciated the new technologies, vision, and best practices of working with a team of dedicated professionals who take a consultative approach with clients and are committed to client’s best interest. He works throughout the region on land, assemblage, and entitlement work.
