Samuel brings a diverse background to EXIT Realty West. He is experienced with the training of rehabdding houses, estimating costs of rehabbing, wholesaling, Lease Options, and Landlording. Samuel has also been investing in Real Estate since 1987 and is a member of Real Estate Investors Association of Greater Cincinnati. In addition to his background in Real Estate, Samuel formerly served in the Army as a Research Chemist, in which he co-authored a publication on his work to develop a new brake fluid. He received a U.S. Army Commendation Medal for his Exceptionally Meritous Service as a Research Chemist. Samuel also has a PH.D. from the University of North Carolina, a Masters Degree in Science from Southern Illinios University, and a Bachelors Degree in science from Virginia Polytechnic Institute.
