Vlad was born and raised in Slovakia, formerly part of Czechoslovakia. In 1981 he immigrated to the Unites States to fulfill his long term dreams. After obtaining a Degree in Computer Science he had a successful career in the computer industry including technical support, system support, and people management. Vlad successfully completed projects with clients such as Liberty Mutual, Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Carolina and many more.
