Monticello, NY – Victoria Rivadeneira, President of EXIT Realty’s North East Division, is pleased to announce the addition of EXIT Mountains Real Estate, under the direction of Arthur MacDonald, as an EXIT Realty franchisee.
MacDonald transitions his many years of investing in residential and commercial properties through the Northeast into this new venture. He is joined by Mary Hovanec, as Broker, who has worked with him on numerous projects, and is enjoying this opportunity to bring the EXIT business model to Sullivan County.
Complementing her real estate experience, Mary has worked as a builder/developer in New York since the early seventies, also managing a large manufactured housing sales center, and as a zone manager for Champion Home Builders in Pennsylvania.
