EXIT Strategy Realty Releases 2012 Sales Stats

Volume Up 38.2% & # Of Units Sold Up 40.5% over 2011

Chicago, IL (Grassroots Newswire) February 14, 2013 -- Chicago, Illinois real estate brokerage Nick Libert Properties Inc., DBA EXIT Strategy Realty, released its 2012 MLS stats today, exhibiting strong growth in both sales volume and number of units sold.

Per the Multiple Listing Service of Northern Illinois (MRED LLC) and Broker Metrics, EXIT Strategy Realty closed $61,549,968 in sales volume in 2012, an improvement of 38.20% over its 2011 sales volume of $44,531,700. EXIT Strategy closed 319 sales units, up 40.5% from its 2011 volume of 227 units. These totals do not include EXIT Strategy's strong presence in the Chicago residential leasing community, which also saw strong gains.
