Salisbury, MA – Bill Foss, CEO EXIT REALTY MASSACHUSETTS, was the recent guest of Mirella McDonough Broker/Owner EXIT Seacoast Realty on her Saturday morning radio talk show REAL ESTATE TODAY.

The program was aired on May 24^th, 2014 on sight at the Surfside Bar and Grill on the Salisbury beach water front on WXBJ COOL 94.9 Salisbury. Mirellla interviewed Bill for a ½ hour on her weekly Saturday morning real estate program. The banter covered a wide variety of Real Estate topics that are current to todays’ markets for the buyers and sellers.  

The discussion began with a short synopsis of Bill’s extensive 30+ year back ground in the industry and supported by NLP training and consistent education to keep apprised of the industry standards.  They discussed the market cycles, Real Estate as a career, Buyers’ Agency, Brokerage Models and contracting with REALTORS.

Bill’s recommendation to buyers and sellers is to interview and contract with an experienced Real Estate professional that you trust, a REALTOR that is specific to you and your market, someone who is knowledgeable in your neighborhoods and has connections with local mortgage professionals familiar with loans available in the area.
