EXIT Realty Associates Receive Production Awards

Karen Shattuck
Karen Shattuck was awarded the Diamond Top Producer for 2014, which is awarded to the top 2% of REALTORs.

She grew up in Fitchburg and currently lives in Lunenburg. “Karen’s level of productivity is impressive, but her willingness to take time out of her busy schedule to help other agents in our office is a true testament to her character,” says Bill Foss, Broker Owner of EXIT New Options Real Estate. 

Karen has been a full-time REALTOR since 1997, closing over 400 transactions in her time in the business, and consistently being recognized as a Top Producer.  Karen holds numerous designations including Accredited Buyer Representative, Graduate REALTOR Institute, and Certified Residential Specialist.

Denise Wortman
Denise Wortman was awarded the Silver Top Producer for 2014, which is awarded to the top 20% of REALTORs. She has been a full-time REALTOR since 2006, and currently lives in Leominster. 

“Denise’s dedication to not only her clients, but also her community is inspiring. Chris Lorenzen-Rufiange
Chris Lorenzen-Rufiange was awarded the Silver Top Producer for 2014, which is awarded to the top 20% of REALTORs. “Chris has shown a tremendous dedication to her business and to serving her clients,” says Bill Foss, Broker Owner of EXIT New Options Real Estate. 

Chris has been a full-time REALTOR since 2002, and has been a consistent Top Producer since joining the industry.  She lives in Fitchburg, and has earned numerous designations including Accredited Buyer Representative, Accredited Seller Representative, Certified Residential Specialist, Graduate REALTOR Institute, and Senior Real Estate Specialist.

Linda Marble Gurney
Linda Marble Gurney was awarded the Silver Top Producer for 2014, which is awarded to the top 20% of REALTORs. “Linda is a consummate professional, and her experience and expertise earned through hundreds of transactions is invaluable to our office,” says Locke Haman, Broker Manager of EXIT New Options Real Estate.

Linda is a Lunenburg native and has been a full-time REALTOR for over 40 years, consistently earning Top Producer honors through the years.  She has served as Chair of the Multiple Listing Service and has been highly involved in the North Central Massachusetts Association of REALTORs.
