Turlock, California (Grassroots Newswire) January 29th, 2015 -- What an impressive turnout this past weekend for EXIT Realty Consultants and their team. This intense two day field training workshop was a unique learning experience teaching the concept of earning a six-figure income by working smarter, not harder. Broken up into two parts, Part I: Path To Deliberate Creation and Part II: Effective Prospecting, Erica Nasby, international speaker, top producing trainer and coach, showed agents and brokers a simple system that works perfectly in today’s real estate market. Part I focused on wisdom, self-empowerment, and practical skills while promoting growth and balance in both your business and personal life. Part II was a perfect complement to Part I, focusing on one-on-one training and developing success-proven prospecting skills.

Day two, the EXIT team learned from the best door-knocker in North America on how to effectively prospect using methods that are tested and proven! Agents learned how to role-play and then get out into the field and put their new skills into play with Nasby right there by their side.
