EXIT Realty Group to Host Free Homebuyer Seminar Starting Soon

Baton Rouge, La  June 11, 2015 - A Free home buying seminar is being held in Denham Springs on Thursday, June 25 at the Denham Springs-Walker Libray. EXIT Realty Group invites homebuyers to attend a free 2 hour workshop to help answer their many questions. Find out what options are available to finance a home; learn about steps that can be taken to prepare for home ownership and gain the insights that will make a  home purchase as successful as possible.

The workshop is being held at the Denham Springs-Walker Library located at 101 Florida Blvd Denham Springs, La 70726. The Home Buying Seminar will cover the home buying process, how to qualify and what loans are available, what you should know about the local market, how to prepare for home ownership, and what is escrow and the loan closing process. Participates will receive a free Home Buyer's Guide.
