Jonathan's roots in the real estate industry began at the tender age of 5. He remembers being dragged along to sales meetings, property showings and settlement closings with his father who has been in the business for 40 years. It was no wonder that Jonathan decided to enlist in the United States Navy and served as a SAR Swimmer. After the military, Jonathan decided that it might be time to follow in his father's footsteps and get back to his roots. He enrolled in Carroll County Community College where he earned his Real Estate Appraisal License. He has worked in the Real Estate Industry as an Appraiser and an expert in property value for the past 12 years. With his dedication to ongoing education he was ready to dive even deeper into the Real Estate Industry and obtain his Realtor's License. Joining EXIT from a local competitive brokerage, Jonathan brings extensive knowledge of the Real Estate market and offers his client's an outstanding level of service.
