in Black & White Photos by Tom Reynen

Minneapolis, MN (Grassroots Newswire) December 10, 2015 -- EXIT Realty Metro is hosting the 34^th Community Artist Exhibit at the Metro Gallery on December 17^th from 5-8 pm.  Photographs by Tom Reynen, a professional, digital photographer will be featured.  Reynen specializes in landscapes, architectural details, travel scenes and nature photos, particularly close-ups of flowers.  He loves working with bright colors, and enjoys especially creating photos in black and white.  The title of this photographic display is, “Paris in Black and White”.

Reynen’s photographs have been displayed at the Mill District Arts Gallery, Evoke Gallery, Artists Mercantile, the Minneapolis Institute of Art, Altered Esthetics, Very Barrie Gallery, Gallery 96, AZ Gallery and the Hopkins Center for the Arts.  A very active member of the local and national arts community, Reynen is Vice-President of the St. Paul Art Collective, Treasurer and Marketing Manager for the AZ Gallery in St. Paul and is on the board of Gallery 96.

Tom Reynen’s Exhibit is open to the public and refreshments will be provided. Reynen will be present at the show, and will have artwork for sale.  The curator for this exhibit and the Metro Gallery is Suzi McArdle.    The Metro Gallery is located at One Groveland Terrace in the building South of the Walker Art Center. Parking is available around the building, on the street and at the underground Walker municipal lot.

The Metro Gallery was created in 2009 by Carson Brooks, Broker and Owner of EXIT Realty Metro to offer local artists the opportunity to share their talents with the Uptown and Metro communities.  The Metro Gallery is located in the offices of EXIT Realty Metro.
