EXIT Realty PEI to hold free information sessions
Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island (Grassroots Newswire) January 5, 2015 - Have you ever wondered about the process of buying or selling a home? Have you ever asked yourself: How does it all work? How much will it cost? What do real estate agents actually do? Do I even need an agent?EXIT Realty PEI wants to help!
Beginning in January 2016, EXIT Realty PEI will be opening its doors to the public once a month. Every second Wednesday of the month, there will be information sessions for the public on the process involved in buying or selling a home. Salespeople will be on hand to give presentations on steps you need to take in the buying and selling process. Guest speakers will be invited to add to the information sessions. These guests will include: lawyers, mortgage professionals, home inspectors and insurance brokers.
Broker, Steve Yoston saw the importance of educating the public on the real estate process. “These sessions should help everyone in the industry because better informed clients make all our jobs easier. It also puts the public in a much better position when the time comes they may need our services.” Yoston states.
The sessions will be about 90 minutes long and will be held at the EXIT office at 42 St. Peters Road in Charlottetown starting at 7:00 PM. The first one will be on Wednesday, January 13th and will cover the buying process. Sessions will then alternate each month on the buying and selling process.
Attendees have no obligation to use the services of EXIT Realty PEI – this is simply an information session.
