Kati Hofman is a born and raised Montana girl. Born in Missoula, an instant Griz fan, she lived in the beautiful town of Stevensville until her Dad was transferred to Belgrade, MT with the Montana National Guard. Belgrade is where she would grow up defending her Grizzly heritage, eventually meet her husband, and give birth to her two beautiful children - now 8 and 4 - all of whom are also, of course, Griz fans. After a short stint in North Idaho, she and her family now live in the beautiful town of Florence surrounded by gorgeous mountain views. She wakes up every morning with the confirmation that she does indeed live in the “Last Best Place”.

Kati likes to describe herself as a reckless optimist. With her fun spirit, caring nature, commitment to quality, and ability to listen and understand the “how and why” behind her clients decisions, she is able to more thoroughly meet their needs. She understands how valuable it is to build a relationship with her clients and in doing so is able to deliver a personalized and exceptional home selling and buying experience.
