Colorado Springs, Colorado (Grassroots Newswire) 1/26/17 -- Many traditional nine-to-five jobs no longer meet the needs of today’s workforce.  Today, people prefer careers with autonomy, unlimited income potential including a retirement plan and the ability to strike a healthy balance between work and home. Couple that with the fact that working for someone else often brings with it the threat of unemployment and a career in real estate sales may be the answer.

Helping people to buy and sell homes, invest in real estate or commercial properties can be both rewarding and lucrative.  Those looking to start a career in real estate need to first take a 168 hour pre-license course before they can apply and take the Colorado State Real Estate exam. EXIT Realty Pikes Peak will be hosting one of these classes starting on 2/21/17 from 6:30 PM to 9:30 PM. It will run for 8 weeks on Tuesday evenings with a break on March 21st for spring break.

This is a Kaplan/Brightwood School Hybrid concept where the student will learn online as well as have a live instructor to review the lessons weekly. Kaplan has been educating real estate licensees in Colorado for 59 years and knows what it take to pass the real estate test.
