EXIT Realty Bitterroot Valley Opens New Office in Stevensville

Hamilton, Montana (Grassroots Newswire) February 17, 2017 -- In just over one year, EXIT Realty Bitterroot Valley outgrew its original office space in Stevensville and had to find a new, bigger space in the downtown core.

“We are experiencing phenomenal growth in both agent count and market share,” said Max Coleman, Broker/Owner of EXIT Realty Bitterroot Valley. “Our ideal space was already occupied by another real estate brokerage.  I had a great friendship with the late Larry Milless, founding member of The Bitterroot Team By Owner.  I originally approached his wife Vinda about their moving truck.”

By the end of their conversation, The Bitterroot Team By Owner merged with EXIT Realty Bitterroot Valley.  The office space was completely remodeled, re-furnished and, on the evening of Feb 3^rd, re-opened.  Despite the terrible weather, the Grand Opening was a success with around 35 people attending.

Every woman attending received a red rose in honor of Valentine’s Day.  Luci Burns was the winner of the draw for a dinner for two at the Catered Table. It was an atmosphere of excitement for the future.  Guests were surprised by the transformation of the space.

“Our agents love the big, bright space and are looking forward to serving the Valley’s real estate needs,” continued Coleman.  “We originally planned on six agents working from this office space.  We already have eleven.  We are looking forward to building our business, growing with and participating in Stevensville’s success.”
