Genna specializes in the sale and purchase of properties in Prince George's and Ann Arundel Counties, including the cities of Lanham, Bowie, Upper Marlboro, Crofton and Lothian. Genna applies extensive experience marketing and selling homes, assisting buyers in negotiating every transaction. Genna's multi-faceted expertise is of great benefit to clients, as she is able to fully educate her clients to help them make the best decisions for their needs. Genna has been around real estate since she was 6 years old. Gennas remembers doing homework in an old office in Camp Springs, Md and when she was done, she'd help the office administrators file their paperwork. Genna's first real job was as a receptionist at a real estate office, slowly absorbing the concepts and eccentricities that are the real estate market. Eventually she went on to assist with marketing homes for sale, assisting the broker, executing transactions for multiple agents and brokers in both Residential and Commercial Real Estate, and even managing a real estate office in Washington D.C. Genna earned her real estate license in May 2013 and has never looked back. Her background has exposed her to a lot of ways real estate transactions can go right, and many, many ways they can go wrong. She applies this knowledge to every client's transaction along with the care that they deserve. Genna is an active member of NAR, MAR and PGCAR.
