Irmo, SC (Grassroots Newswire) 06/26/2017 -- For those of you who attended our first but not the last....Credit Repair Seminar with National Credit Care & Mortgage Options on Monday 6/19 would agree that it was an eye opening 2 hours.  Things that you think may help your credit like refinancing a home or paying off high credit card balances really hurt those points.   It was a wealth of knowledge for both our agents at EXIT Palmetto Real Estate as well as for the public attendees.

Some of the things we learned were to always work on your lower credit card balances and pay your payments 7-10 days before your due date and that the #1 thing is to always be current with you payments that being late drops your points faster than anything.

There was so much great information crammed into 2 hours and we cannot wait to host one of these seminars again and have even more people attend.   Knowledge is power. Its never to late to get yourself back on track or to clean up things that shouldn't even be on your credit report from the beginning.
