Local Broker Attends Iowa Association of Realtors® Summer Jubilee

Jon Niemeyer, Broker/Owner of EXIT Realty North Star in Norwalk and Indianola, recently attended the Iowa Association of REALTORS® Summer Jubilee Meetings in the Quad Cities/Davenport, where June 7th and 8th were filled with opportunity to be informed, stay connected, as well as enjoy some down time with fellow REALTORS® and industry professionals from all over Iowa.
The IAR is a membership organization advocating for more than 6,500 real estate professionals in Iowa, representing all facets of the industry. Professional development opportunities, governmental advocacy, and public awareness are a few benefits the organization offers.
“Networking and gaining insight on what’s happening with the real estate legal community were just a couple reasons I felt it worth my time to attend these meetings,” said Niemeyer. “Keeping on top of issues that face homeowners and prospective buyers certainly raises the level of professionalism of an agent. It is my goal to keep the agents in my brokerage informed so they can best keep their clients informed. To do that, I need to be involved in events such as this.”
