Nichole Guenthner beats Yearly Cap Record for Sales at EXIT Greater Realty in Wausau

Wausau, WI (Grassroots Newswire) October 5, 2017 -- Nichole Guenthner beat her record from last year today. Nichole is a Realtor at EXIT Greater Realty in Wausau. EXIT uses a unique system for the fees that realtors pay to their brokerage. Rather than take a percentage from each sale, they take a flat amount yearly. After Realtors reach their fee cap of $3,200, they pay no fees on the profits from selling homes for the remainder of the year. In 2016, Nichole Guenthner was agent of the year at EXIT of Wausau, and she was able to meet her cap for the year with her fees in November.
