 EXIT Landmark Realty Kicks Off Christmas Connection Campaign

White Plains, MD (Grassroots Newswire) 11/02/2017 -- EXIT Landmark Realty has once again opened their doors as a donation drop-off location for the Christmas Connection Program of Charles County through Monday, December 11th! Please drop off your generous donations of new, unwrapped toys and gift cards to 4550 Crain Highway, White Plains, MD 20695, to help as many children possible have a festive Christmas.

The annual toy drive has kicked off and organizers are counting on community donations to help more than 2,000 local children in need this year. Residents can contribute in several ways, including donating a toy, making a monetary donation or volunteering with the local Children's Aid Society.

New, unwrapped toys will be collected at our office through Monday, December 11th. If you are unable to drop by our office, monetary donations are appreciated as well and funds received are used to purchase toys wherever a shortfall exists. Credit card donations are accepted via the http://childrens-aid-society.org website and checks made payable to the Charles County Children's Aid Society can be mailed to 3000 Huntington Circle, Waldorf, MD 20602.

If you are interested in volunteering to collect, sort, count or distribute toys, books and stocking stuffers for local children, call 301-645-1561 or email to info@childrens-aid-society.org. In the past, there have been shortfalls in donations for the early teen age group. In light of this, please consider donations of action figures, books, educational toys, jewelry, Legos, makeup kits, sports equipment, skateboards, and small electronics such as mp3 players, cameras and handheld video games.
