San Jose , CA (Grassroots Newswire) 5/24/18 -- Santa Clara County Association of Realtors (SCCAOR) hosted an informative session on the new 2018 laws affecting Real Estate transactions. Gov Hutchinson, Assistant General Counsel, California Association of Realtors (C.A.R.), gave a detailed presentation on newly required forms, tax laws and disclosures that have been implemented this year.
