-- Santa Clara County Association of Realtors (SCCAOR) hosted an informative session on the new 2018 laws affecting Real Estate transactions. Gov Hutchinson, Assistant General Counsel, California Association of Realtors (C.A.R.), gave a detailed presentation on newly required forms, tax laws and disclosures that have been implemented this year.

The meeting was attended by EXIT Realty Keystone’s Broker, Margaret Vierra; Agents Connie Martin, Darryl Johnson, Edith Ramirez and Kathleen Vierra. The agents returned to the office with invaluable information and shared what they learned with the agents unable to attend.
