13th Annual Holiday Celebration

It is our pleasure to have had everyone at our 13th Annual Holiday Celebration for EXIT Realty First Choice & EXIT Realty Milestone! We were so excited to have everyone at Oligarch on the 18th of December 2019 to celebrate, all our achievements in the last year. We couldn't have pulled it off without your hard work and dedication. At the grand annual award ceremony, those who were rewarded were recognized for their dedication, merit and productivity. There were 5 reward categories: Ruby, Emerald, Sapphire, Crystal, and Black Diamond.

The first award of the evening was the Ruby Award. This division noted the agents that have earned between $60,000 - $90,000. We were proud to present the years Ruby Award recipients to: Stella Akilov, Edward Chernoff, Chani Hochman, Sharon Li, Alexana Martins, and Marianna Niyazova.

The second award of the evening was the Emerald Award. This division noted the agents that have earned between $90,000 - $125,000.  We were proud to present the years Emerald Award recipients to: Kristina Babaev, Sarah Elias, Vera Mair and Berta Yadgarova.

The third award of the evening was the Sapphire Award. This division noted the agents that have earned between $130,000 - $190,000. We were proud to present the years Sapphire Award recipients to: Elena Barayev, Jonathan Davydov, Mohammed El-Goarany, Lorraine Rothberg, Susan Sanchez, and Stella Shamalova.

The fourth award of the evening was the Crystal Award. This division noted the agents that have earned between $200,000 - $250,000. Ifoma Pierre was the first recipient. He is a true leader who inspires and teaches everyone daily to be the best. He continuously educates himself and shares his knowledge at no cost. Dinah Burgos was the second recipient. She holds the friendliest and strongest interpersonal relationships. She is outgoing, and always willing to lend a helping hand to others.

The last award of the evening was the Black Diamond Award. This division will be noting the agent that had earned $400,000 and more. David Yudell possesses a very captivating character which makes him stand out. This award recipient is the definition of a true team player, who takes part in all events and activities.
