Local Real Estate Leadership Attends Professional Development Workshop

Kelly Steichen, Owner of EXIT Realty Central joined real estate professionals from across the U.S. and Canada recently at the headquarters of EXIT Realty Corp. International for an intensive week of training and networking.

EXIT Realty’s Broker Owner Training is a leading-edge business development program. Eighteen of the real estate industry’s top professionals, including company executives and EXIT Realty’s Founder and Chairman, Steve Morris, gather to teach the essential skills to build a top-producing brokerage in any market.  Topics discussed include: Your Financial Good Health, Technology Engagement, Personality Profiles, Manager’s Toolbox and more.

Steichen is currently licensed with EXIT Deluxe Realty in Chevy Chase with plans to open EXIT Realty Central in Mount Airy in the first quarter of 2020.  “Although I have been with EXIT Realty for over 13 years as a salesperson, stepping into this new position is quite challenging and I’m so grateful to know that the entire company is behind me and working with me to make my new franchise a success,” she said.
