EXIT Capstone Realty Leadership Attends Leadership Summit

Tuscaloosa, Alabama (Grassroots Newswire) 7/28/2020 -- EXIT Capstone Realty Qualifying Broker Julie Moses Meggs and Franchisee/REALTOR, DiDi Henry travelled to Orange Beach, Alabama last week for the EXIT Realty Regional Leadership Summit, an intense one-day workshop attended by some of the top real estate leadership in Alabama and Mississippi.

Qualifying Broker Julie Meggs was invited to participate in a panel discussion focused on brand awareness.  "Learning how real estate brokerages operate in markets across the U.S. and Canada and sharing my own experiences help me to be a better leader and create a positive environment for my agents and in turn, provide better service to our community," Meggs said.  Franchise owner DiDi Henry, along with Meggs also attended other programs throughout the day on topics including developing real estate professionals, company culture and marketing. Highlights of the Summit included presentations by EXIT Realty Corp. International’s CEO, Tami Bonnell, Canadian Divisional President and Kathy and Troy Dooley, EXIT Realty regional directors for Mississippi and Alabama.

Another focus of the Summit was ways in which real estate brokerages can become more involved in their local communities. A portion of every transaction fee collected by EXIT Realty Corp. International is applied to its charitable fund. Through the Spirit of EXIT Dollar-for-Dollar Matching Program, EXIT offices and associates can raise money for local, approved, registered charities, including Habitat for Humanity, and apply to EXIT’s head office to have those funds matched from the company’s pledged pool of funds. To date, over $5 million has been pledged to various charities.
