Laurascott Barfield of EXIT Capstone Realty Named Engagement Leader

Tuscaloosa, Alabama, 8/25/2020 -- EXIT Capstone Realty is pleased to announce that Laurascott Barfield has been named Engagement Leader of the Tuscaloosa office.

Vice President Technology Engagement for EXIT Realty Corp. International, Annette Anthony stated, "Our EXIT Engagement Leaders are an army of associates with hearts for helping other agents in their offices succeed. Our agents thrive when we walk them through the use of our tools through this hands-on approach. The challenge is, one person can’t possibly touch every agent and stay connected with them over time.  Our goal is to have an Engagement Leader in each of our EXIT offices accross the U.S. and Canada. This movement will strengthen each office by engaging associates with the tools provided by EXIT to help them succeed."  Anthony added that many have expressed their appreciation for being given the opportunity to help mentor their fellow agents. Also, they’ve stated that this is a great way for them to give back and support agents who are just getting started.
