Walter Whatmore, Jr. Joins EXIT Realty in Martinsburg

Walter has been a member of the Panhandle community for almost 20 years and has always been interested in real estate. Whatmore acquired his license in 2019 but what really inspired him to take the leap and work his business full-time was seeing the opportunity for financial independence and the freedom that comes with it, so in August of this year he began to solely focus on real estate. Whatmore joined the EXIT Success team after an agent who Whatmore had worked with, joined EXIT Success and he introduced Walter to broker/owner Howard Kronthal. “The enthusiasm and passion he showed made EXIT Success an easy choice for me,” said Whatmore.

When Whatmore isn’t focused on building his real estate business he enjoys spending time with his wife Kayla and their son Walter III. As a family they enjoy the outdoors and watching Netflix and YouTube.
