EXIT Success Lights Up the Mid-Atlantic Awards

Martinsburg, WV (Grassroots Newswire) July 26, 2021 -- The moon was bright, but it was the stars at EXIT Success Realty that really lit up the night at the 2021 Virtual Mid-Atlantic Awards celebration streamed LIVE at the Martinsburg office on July 22nd and hosted by Johnathan and Janet Rundlett, the Mid-Atlantic regional owners.
EXIT Success broker/owner, Howard Kronthal treated his agents to dinner and drinks as his team watched the awards and cheered for each other’s successes.
“Obviously it would be better if we were all together, in person as a region celebrating these awards but it still brings us together as an office to celebrate those who won an award and to encourage new agents as to what is possible if you work your business”, said Kronthal
EXIT Success Realty for the second year in a row won the West Virginia Office of the Year Award and will be receiving their trophy in person from the Rundletts next week where it will sit proudly displayed next to last year’s trophy.
The Mid-Atlantic region encompasses West Virginia, Delaware, Pennsylvania, Maryland and DC and awards were based on broker and agent performances within the region. The EXIT Success agents who were recognized for awards in individual categories based on various criteria were as follows:
- Franchisee Top 10 Closed Seller Units – 3rd place, Howard Kronthal
- Franchisee Top 10 Closed Seller Volume – 3rd place, Howard Kronthal
- Franchisee Top 10 Agents Sponsored – 5th place, Howard Kronthal
- $100-200K Gross Commissions Earned – Robert Bir, Chrissy McAfee-Pierson & Howard Kronthal
Howard Kronthal also earned the Heart of EXIT Award; this award recognizes those who have shared the business opportunity and through residual income have earned more than 100% commission.
