Groton, MA (Grassroots Newswire) August 4, 2021 -- Maria JK Hars has rejoins EXIT Assurance Realty as a Realtor in Groton, MA.  With over 30 years of combined mortgage banking, real estate, interior design, and construction experience, she has enjoyed helping people achieve their dreams.  For the past 15 years, she has been redesigning homes to meet her client's present and future lifestyles.

Maria grew up in the Lawrence Homestead in Groton, where her father, Anthony Hars, an Architect, was in charge of renovations in the late 1960s.  This is where her love of architecture blossomed.  Her father was her mentor.  That’s where she first learned about form and function and how homes are designed and constructed.  Maria is looking to combine her love of design with real estate.

One of her goals is to create sustainable affordable housing.  She believes everyone deserves a place to call home.  She designed and helped build a tiny home on wheels, where she lived for a year to fully understand what tiny living is all about.  It was a fantastic experience.  "Square footage is a state of mind" - is her motto.
