Chattanooga, TN (Grassroots Newswire) Oct. 8, 2021 -- The Tennessee REALTORS Academy of Real Estate Advancement, or A.R.E.A., held graduation for the ten students during the 2021 Tennessee REALTORS fall convention held in Chattanooga, TN.

Patti Whalen, Broker-Owner of EXIT TLC Realty, was one of the graduates.  The purpose of the Tennessee REALTORS® Leadership Program is to identify emerging REALTOR® leaders. A.R.E.A. will empower the individuals in the program to maximize their leadership potential.  It's an honor to apply and be accepted into the program.  The course is usually held over a period of one year.  However, due to COVID-19 and having to shift from in person to virtual, this class was held over two years, much to the benefit of the graduates.
