Katrese Hale Joins EXIT Realty in Raleigh

Raleigh, North Carolina (Grassroots Newswire) October 1, 2021 -- EXIT Realty Preferred Triangle in Raleigh today announced the addition of Katrese Hale to its team of real estate professionals.

Ms. Hale holds a Bachelor's in Sociology from the University of Pennsylvania, a Master's in City and Regional Planning from UNC Chapel Hill and is currently a Master's candidate at East Carolina University to gain her MBA with a concentration in Finance. It is through her varying roles in housing and community development that led to her interest in real estate. She has assisted in research for both urban and transportation planning, lead construction on Habitat for Humanity sites, and planned housing and community developments for local government.

Ms. Hale is excited about bringing her experience and education in housing and community development into the real estate industry to work with non-profit and community based organizations to help minorities be given the opportunity to build home equity through affordable housing.
