Lucy was born in Los Angeles, California, raised in Riverdale, Maryland, and now resides in Martinsburg, West Virginia. Lucy moved to Martinsburg, WV in 2007 after graduating high school. She received her Associates Degree in Business Management and Accounting from the University of Phoenix. Lucy is married with three daughters, ages 14, 9, and 6 and enjoys volunteering at their schools. She is involved with the PTA and coordinate a mentoring program within Berkeley County Schools. In her spare time she likes to scrapbook and garden.
