Daytona Beach, Florida (Grassroots Newswire) July 3, 2009 -- In April 2009, EXIT Realty of Daytona Real Estate Brokerage in Daytona Beach, FL officially opened its doors. EXIT Realty of Daytona stands with a strong foundation and fierce determination to succeed in today's market.
EXIT Realty of Daytona owner, Aswin Suri, has a strong background to ensure development and continued success. Aswin has been an entrepreneur since childhood, and has developed exceptional skills in the business realm, having years of experience in buying and selling real estate, property management, and having a powerful understanding of internet businesses.
In today's market it is significant to be able to predict market trends and be prepared for the shifts that occur. Suri has proved that he has the aptitude to stand up to any challenge. After being born and educated in London, Aswin travelled with his family to Southern California where he began his journey in real estate and achieved the knowledge and skills necessary for proficiency. Aswin gained experience in the California Real Estate Market, and developed a perceptive approach. Through his experience, Aswin is capable of detecting shifts in market trends before positive or negative outcomes occur.

Regional VP, Alex Szinegh hosted a training session "The Recession Is Ending. Are You Ready for the Shift?" More recently, Colleen Forbes, VP of Operations for EXIT Realty Florida presented a series of seminars including sponsoring, personality, and tools and technology sessions.
