Saint John , NB (Grassroots Newswire) November 6, 2012 -- EXIT REALTORS^®, brokers and members of the community converged on Nashville recently to help another Habitat for Humanity family as they invested sweat equity in their new home. One of these EXIT REALTORS^® was Saint John's Barry MacDonald- who participated in the build along with his wife Mary, and daughter Erin.

Top Management from EXIT Realty Specialists Attends Exclusive Professional Development Workshop

Saint John, New Brunswick (Grassroots Newswire) August 22, 2012 -- Barry MacDonald, Broker of EXIT Realty Specialists in Saint John recently attended an intensive professional development workshop at the headquarters of EXIT Realty Corp. International.

The inaugural Advanced Broker/Owner Training event was held by-invitation-only and included some of the top real estate brokerage owners from across the continent.  The purpose of the event was twofold; to bring together a real estate brain trust to analyze and forecast the real estate market and also to explore new and better ways to serve the public through the professional development of real estate agents at the brokerage level.

At the helm of the event was Janice Petteway, the veteran franchisee of EXIT Real Estate Results in Orlando Florida and EXIT Realty’s Broker/Owner of the Year in 2007.  Joining Petteway were Stanley Bishop, Broker/Owner of EXIT Real Estate Gallery in Jacksonville, Florida, Craig Witt, Regional President of Michigan, Victoria Rivadeneira, Regional Director of Upstate New York and Jeff Lobb, Vice President of Technology and Innovation for EXIT Realty Corp. International.  Rounding out the presenters was Tami Bonnell, President of EXIT Realty’s US Organization.

Food Drive for Local Food Banks

Truck Load of Food Delivered!

Saint John, New Brunswick (Grassroots Newswire) August 6, 2012 -- The Saint John Real Estate Boards second annual summer food drive is in full swing. On Friday a crew from EXIT Realty Specialists delivered 1800 lbs of food that they had gathered, to one of the local food banks. After a four hour shopping trip the food was loaded into the EXIT moving truck for delivery. "Our team really came together to help make this a huge success" says Barry MacDonald - Broker for EXIT Realty Specialists.

The Real State board has set a goal to raise 10,000 lbs of food, and have gathered and delivered close to two tons of food so far, and the donations are still coming in. The food drive campaign will wrap up at the end of August with a BBQ event.
