April Harrington of EXIT Realty East Nashville Named Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS)
Nashville, Tennessee (Grassroots Newswire) 11-20-17 -- Sheila Tidwell, Principal Broker/Owner and Connie Williams, Owner, of EXIT Realty East Nashville, today announced that Affiliate Broker, April Harrington, has earned the prestigious Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) designation and has become a recognized Resort and Second Home Property Specialist.
The National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) awards the CIPS designation to individuals who have completed mandatory courses in Global Real Estate (both markets and tools) and electives such as diversity, marketing and financial analysis. Each year these classes are held in different countries and in 2017, the location was Costa Rica.

CIPS designees become members of NAR’s CIPS Network which is comprised of over 3,500 real estate professionals in 45 countries. Harrington, a Nashville resident, began her career with EXIT Realty in 2013 and is a top producing, award winning agent. Her ultimate goal is to split her time between the U.S. and Global Markets assisting domestic and international clients with second homes and property management locally and abroad.
