Kris Klair Named Realtor of the Year by the Central Valley Association of Realtors (CVAR)
Turlock, CA (Grassroots Newswire) December 10, 2013 -- The Realtor of the Year award is the highest honor bestowed upon a member of the association. It represents those with outstanding achievements serving the Central Valley Association of Realtors, the real estate profession and the community.
Kris Klair began his real estate career in 2004 then opened his EXIT Realty franchise in 2006. As the Broker/CEO of several EXIT Realty Consultants offices located in the Central Valley, from Manteca to Fresno, he humbly accepted his award. Klair stated that he feels his EXIT team/family deserves the recognition, as he truly believes he would not have this success without them.

Klair is currently on the Board of Directors for California Association of Realtors, Central Valley Association of Realtors, and Ceres Chamber of Commerce, all while also on the City of Turlock’s Economic Development Task Force. Through EXIT’s Helping Hands Program, he and his team are heavily involved in community events, fundraisers and charity events. He gives credit to his phenomenal team.
Most recently, EXIT Realty Consultants hosted a Drive-Thru BBQ for Breast Cancer Awareness in their community led by our Ceres office. Also, Turlock and Modesto held their CanTree Breakfasts, which provides food during the holiday season for families and seniors less fortunate. The events were a great success due in part by his management personnel.
As Klair continues his real estate career, he will maintain his commitment to be involved with programs within the community and CVAR. His everlasting commitment will be to continue to serve his agents, their families, and provide excellent real estate services to his clients.
