Claudine Wrighter Joins EXIT Realty in Falmouth

Falmouth, MA (Grassroots Newswire) 11/25/2020 -- EXIT Cape Realty in Falmouth today announced the addition of Claudine Wrighter to its team of real estate professionals.

Claudine considers herself lucky to have grown up summering on the sands of both the New Silver & Wild Harbour beaches of North Falmouth, eventually becoming a year-round resident and graduating from Falmouth High School. She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Communication at the University of Hartford, Connecticut; and then pursued her Master’s Degree while employed as an Admissions Counselor for the University. It was during that time, while home for Thanksgiving, that Claudine met her now husband, Chris, at the Courtyard Restaurant in Cataumet! Both her love of the Cape and her newfound love found her returning to her roots as a “Cape Girl.”

Claudine spent the next chapter of her life as a Residential Mortgage Originator followed by a Property and Casualty Insurance Producer at a well-known and established agency. In 2003, she and her husband purchased their first home in Pocasset, knowing this would be the home where they would eventually raise a family. That dream was realized in 2005 when their first daughter was born. Claudine continued to work in the insurance business until they were blessed with their second daughter. At that time, she and Chris made the decision that Claudine would stay at home to raise the girls while Chris picked up extra details as a Police Officer to supplement lost income. In 2012, while being a “stay at home mom”, Claudine started her own business…Pocasset Pretzel Co. Pocasset Pretzels, known for their Sweet & Salty treats, can still be purchased online and in various boutiques on the Cape & Islands and beyond.

Fast forward to 2020 when the world was faced with a national pandemic! Claudine was greatly affected by COVID-19 but was not to be held back. She had always dreamed of becoming a Real Estate Agent where she could use her knowledge of mortgage origination and her expertise of insurance in assisting people with finding their dream home. Claudine realizes how fortunate she was to grow up on the Cape as well as be able to afford her family that same opportunity. She is MOTIVATED to help others find their perfect home, whether it be a vacation home or primary residence on whatever side of the bridge they choose!

Claudine works with a team of professionals that can assist Buyers in making the purchase of their home as enjoyable and seamless as possible.
