3 EXIT Realty Offices Announce Merger

Minneapolis, Minnesota (Grassroots Newswire) EXIT Realty Metro --
Today three area real estate brokerages; EXIT Realty Metro in Minneapolis, EXIT Realty Leaders in Lakeville and EXIT Realty Homefront in Zimmerman announced they are merging and will re-brand under the name EXIT Realty Metro.  According to Nick Leavy, EXIT Realty Metro’s new President, “This merger is a culmination of a years worth of strategic work and I couldn’t be more excited about what we’re going to build together. This merger will allow us to enhance our client offerings and provide an even more exceptional suite of tools and training for our agents.  The newly merged EXIT Realty Metro will now have 30+ agents in the MSP market. 

Carson Brooks, a long-time Minneapolis Broker and 2019 Realtor of the Year recipient, will become a VP and Managing Broker for all three offices along with focusing on EXIT’s community involvement programs. Sara McConnell, with her extensive background in education and roles within the real estate industry, will become EXIT Realty Metro’s new VP of Training with a focus on agent development. Nick Leavy will be Metro’s new President and will focus on business development including mergers/acquisitions. 

The brokerage is also announcing the addition of Andre Cilliers, EXIT Realty Metro’s VP of Talent. Andre brings a wealth of real estate experience and was the owner of an EXIT Realty office in Hilton Head, SC. His main focus will be seeking out the industry’s top talent to add to the Metro team.

Penni started her career in the loan department at a small bank where she gained extensive experience in processing and originating residential mortgage loans. She eventually moved into the title industry, providing her with an in-depth understanding of closing documentation and process. With Wells Fargo for six years, Penni assisted customers throughout the renovation of their residential properties and initiated a Customer Service Advocate position that resulted in improving client satisfaction rates. It was a natural transition for Penni to leverage these experiences and become a Realtor. Penni grew up in Minnetonka until, at age 14, her family made an adventurous move to Hawaii.
