Broker, Associate, and Office Recognized for the Month of February

Fort Lauderdale, Florida (Grassroots Newswire) March 17th, 2014 --Each month, EXIT Realty Florida recognizes the Broker, Associate, and Office of the Month that have gone above and beyond demonstrating success. At EXIT, we understand that our team members and offices are the foundation to the success of the entire corporation. EXIT Realty Florida has implemented this recognition program to honor those who excel in terms of production and providing top notch customer service.

This month, EXIT Realty Florida would like to recognize Nick Jackson with EXIT Realty the Global Group as Broker of the Month, Gary Thoubboron with EXIT Realty the Global Group as Associate of the Month, and EXIT Realty Central as Office of the Month. The 'Associate' and 'Broker of the Month' are selected by following a point system used to review broker production based on specific criteria including the number of listings (1 point per listing), pending contracts (3 points per pending contract), closings (10 points per closing), and the introduction of new agents into the EXIT system( 20 points per new agent joining). All data is collected from EXIT's proprietary software, MEMO, and at the end of each month the broker with the highest point count is selected.

The 'Office of the Month' is selected by the following system : number of new listings divided by number of locations, number of total convention registrations, number of new hires, number of pending contracts signed in the month divided by the number of locations, number of closed ends for the month divided by the number of offices.
