His experience includes a long history in Customer Service from his time spent with Hilton Hotels. As a Meeting Planner, Catering Manager to his time spent as the Food & Beverage Director, Jeffrey moved up the ranks in the Hilton chain because from the very start he recognized “good” customer service wasn’t enough, you had to provide “excellent” customer service. Jeff also has a background in the home mortgage field. First as a Loan Officer helping people obtain the best mortgage possible to fit their needs to most recently as the Department Manager for a large mortgage servicing company. The majority of his day was spent helping homeowners learn how to manage their mortgage and keep up with the current and ever changing guidelines associated with the mortgage industry. When not assisting buyers and sellers, Jeff enjoys time cruising the Caribbean and playing golf with his wife, Dawn, a native of Boone County.
