Leadership Academy is a program designed to train emerging REALTOR® leaders who want to get involved, make a difference, grow their businesses and expand their leadership skills. The goal is to prepare graduates of the program to become Association volunteers and committee chairs and prepare for potential future leadership positions on the Board of Directors.
