EXIT New Options Real Estate Everything Home Show

Leominster, MA – This past Sunday was the first of many EVERYTHING HOME SHOW at the Veterans Hall in Leominster, MA.  The event was the brain child of Laura Rice of EXIT NEW OPTIONS REAL ESTATE, when she shared this vision many of the other agents in the office jumped on board.  Laura envisioned getting the local businesses associated with everything home in one setting and sharing their expertise with the community first hand. “Vendors from all things pertaining to home in one setting without the pressure of the large home shows has a different, more connected feel”, suggested Don Vaillancourt, Realtor.  There is a need to get local businesses exposure within their surrounding areas to grow and expand brands and services making them recognized as HOMETOWN SPECIALISTS!

Laura has intentions of running these events in many of the surrounding communities and the other vendor participants are eager to join in this venture.  Laura added "Residents want to use locale entrepreneurs. It was our pleasure to create a venue for Life & Home and Business to meet face to face”. Laura was not alone in her sentiments.  Kelly Kurtz said, “The Everything Home event was such a success especially for our first year! We are looking forward to this being an annual event! EXIT Realty and Habitat for Humanity are on a roll!

Leominster, Massachusetts (Grassroots Newswire) October 9, 2013 --EXIT Realty is a proud national sponsor of this year’s Jimmy and Rosalynn Carter Work Project being held in Washington, DC.  Bill Foss, Broker/Owner and Lisa Fanelli, of EXIT of Massachusetts will be attending this event.

Corporate leadership and area EXIT Realty brokers will be on hand in Oakland, Denver and New York City to swing hammers and build alongside Habitat partner families to help to make the dream of home ownership come true.  Our Habitat team here at Head Office is in touch with the Regional Owners and Franchisees in the communities where we will be building to coordinate our participation including our volunteer efforts.

Held on the first Monday of every October, the U.N.-designated World Habitat Day calls attention to the need for adequate housing for everyone by raising awareness and mobilizing people to take action in response to the need of better shelter around the world.
