The Hunt for Pink October

Regina, Saskatchewan (Grassroots Newswire) August 31, 2012 -- The Hunt for Pink October has been launched from the port of EXIT Realty Fusion in Regina, one of the fastest growing and most honoured of EXIT franchises in either the United States or Canada.

Since its inception five years ago, EXIT Realty Fusion has reaped a number of team and individual awards, including the prestigious ABEX award for the best new business venture in Saskatchewan in 2010 - the only real estate company in the province to have achieved such an honour. Its broker, Loretta Hughes, has been recognized with a number of awards by EXIT International for her innovative ways of marketing real estate.

EXIT’s latest project is the Hunt for Pink October, a fund-raiser in support of Breast Cancer research and advocacy in the lead-up to CIBC’s Run/Walk for the Cure on September 30th.

Here is how it will work.

Exit Realty Fusion will host The Broker Challenge from September 1-29th where EXIT Realty Fusion agents will donate $75-$100 to breast cancer research from every EXIT home sale in the month of September. The company encourages other Real Estate offices in Regina to match this commitment. 

There will also be EXIT Realty Fusion's Think Pink Open House Event on Saturday, September 29th from 2-4 p.m. The public are invited to attend any one of EXIT’s advertised open houses. Every agent will be accepting donations towards breast cancer research at each of the open house locations. Those who make a donation will be entered to win one of a 5-day Western Caribbean Cruise or 3-Days/2 Nights Las Vegas Getaway.

Office staff and agents will also be participating in the CIBC Run/Walk for the Cure and will be accepting donations made in person and online in support of this fantastic annual event.

Regina Broker to Speak At EXIT Convention

Hughes to Speak About Importance of Green Real Estate Companies

Regina, SK (Grassroots Newswire) 07/07/2009 -- Regina real estate broker Loretta Hughes is only one of two Canadians to be invited to be a 'Break-Out Session' speaker at the EXIT Realty Corp International Annual Convention. Over 2,000 brokers and Realtors are expected to attend the week-long convention in late September in Washington, D.C. They will come from throughout the United States and Canada.

"This is a great honour for Loretta, as it is something limited to only a handful of our International EXIT associates," said Joyce Paron, Canadian president of EXIT Realty. "We're all very proud of her."

Loretta is the broker and owner of EXIT Realty Fusion, which has become Regina's fastest growing real estate company since its inception just over a year ago. She is also the only Saskatchewan broker and one of only a handful of brokers in Canada to hold the designation of Eco-Broker, which she gained through an online course.

She will speak to the convention on why it is important to be "a green real estate company" and how to go about training staff and setting one up.
