Karen Kirn, Associate Broker of EXIT Realty Cherry Creek, started her creative endeavors working as a Visual Merchandiser. Her eye for design flourished over the years, and she developed a passion for home improvement and design. She took her entrepreneurial spirit and passion to Real Estate, joining EXIT Realty Cherry Creek in 2020.

Lorian DuCharme, Associate Broker of EXIT Realty Pikes Peak, specializes in helping and educating others. As a former middle school teacher, her leadership skills grew strong, along with her patience and persistence. After battling thyroid cancer, Lorian found herself jobless. Little did she know, the loss of her job was simply a blessing in disguise, pointing her toward a career in Real Estate.
Lorian loves the experience of helping first-time home buyers by educating them through the process. “What sets me apart from others is my compassion and understanding, my ability to listen, and my skills as an educator.”
