Shawn Giedd Biography: Hello! I transitioned into my career from the Healthcare field into Real Estate due to my passion of people and home improvement! I reside south of Sioux Falls near Beresford on an acreage which I have lived for 3 years. I have lived In Sioux Falls area for over 10 years after transitioning from the Yankton area. I have a love for competitive running, camping, vintage and antique shopping, and a love for all my animals into which why transitioned from In town living into country living . My personal knowledge and experiences of owning new construction, older homes, and Acreage living ( Even Loft living ) will allow me to guide you through the in and outs of all the different aspects a Buyer and Seller may be unaware of and encounter during a transaction. Marcia Maltaverne Biography: Greetings! I have lived in Tea for the past 13 years. Our family has loved living in the Tea area, where we enjoy small town living with easy access to the interstate and Sioux Falls, the largest city in the state. My husband and I have five grown children, five grandchildren, and two labrador retrievers. We enjoy camping, hunting, and fishing in the beautiful state of South Dakota. Other interests include furniture rehab/up-cycling, design, gardening, and preserving chemical free foods. I have taught and consulted in the area of Special Education for 25 years and am excited to be transitioning into a career in real estate with EXIT Realty Sioux Empire!
