EXIT Realty’s Mari Ann Carver of Rapid City Receives Volunteer of the Year
Rapid City, South Dakota (Grassroots Newswire) June 2, 2016 - EXIT Realty The Benchmark Co.’s Mari Ann Carver was recently awarded Volunteer of the Year by Black Hills Community Economic Development.
Mari Ann has won Volunteer of the Year with her extensive work with the SCORE organization. They help business startups with mentoring and also those already in business that may need some help with something. Mari Ann has been the SCORE chairman in Rapid City for 7 years.
SCORE was started here in the 90's, but nationally SCORE was started in 1964. It was previously known as the Service Corp of Retired Executives but now is known as counselors to America's Small Business. There are approximately 13,000 volunteers nationwide and their services are free and confidential.
