Germantown, WI (Grassroots Newswire) March 31, 2014 --The last thing Jerry Grosenick ever though he'd be faced with while in an airport in Milwaukee was an urgent need to get a home listed back in Waukesha County.

Yet when he answered his cellphone while at the terminal one day, that's exactly what the EXIT Realty XL franchise owner was confronted with.

"I had someone call me wanting to list their house, and I didn't know these people," said Jerry, who co-owns his EXIT franchise with his wife Laura. "The first thing she said is: " I need to list my house today, and if you can't list it today, I'll move on. I've called three Realtors today and nobody can do it today. Can you?"

"I said, 'Absolutely,' and she said, 'Let me tell you, I'm in North Carolina and husband's in Arizona, and I said, 'No problem, you'll get an email in about 20 minutes.' I sat there with my laptop and filled out the forms and shared (them online with her), and in 20 minutes, we had her house listed."

Jerry Grosenick and his new client were the beneficiaries of a relatively new, high-tech way of handling real estate transactions from Dotloop that he thinks will be the future standard for the industry.
