One lucky realtor to walk away with $50,000

Tampa, FL (Grassroots Newswire) May 4, 2009 -- On Tuesday May 5 ^th , 2009 one lucky winner will thrive at the game of skill and walk away with a check for $50,000!

EXIT Realty Florida will host the 6 ^th 50G event at the Dr. Blaise Alfano Conference and Banquet Center in Tampa, FL from 10:00am- 12:00pm. All participants will be given the opportunity to participate in a skills challenge contest. Scott Forbes, president of EXIT Realty Florida, will present the lucky winner with a $50,000 check, noting that if the winner is an EXIT agent the full amount will be granted to the agent as opposed to being based on the agents current commission structure. In addition, special guest Vince Arcuri #1 realtor in the World (2008 ERA Team Arcuri) will be discussing the current Florida market conditions and some strategic tips for dealing with market shifts.

The 50G program has been a driving force for increased activity in the Real Estate Market. The program offers home sellers, listing agents, and buyers' agents a competitive lead by motivating interest to specific property listings. The selling agents of properties sold through the program are automatically eligible to participate in the 50G event. A game of skill will provide participants with a great opportunity regardless by bringing back enthusiasm to the world of real estate! To date EXIT Realty has paid out $250,000, soon to be $300,000, as a result of the 50G Program.
