EXIT MidSouth is the sub franchisor for EXIT Realty and services both Tennessee and Kentucky.

EXIT MidSouth has been selling and supporting franchises in Tennessee for just under 5 years while in Kentucky it has been 1 ½ years. In March of 2009 Melody Holder joined the EXIT MidSouth Region.
